Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Local Bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up will be eligible for a full refund.
• Local Bookings: Cancellations made within 24 hr of the scheduled pick-up will incur a cancellation fee of ₹[Insert Amount].

• Intercity or Long-Distance Bookings: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up will be eligible for a full refund.
• Intercity or Long-Distance Bookings: Cancellations made within 24 hr of the scheduled pick-up will result in a deduction of 20% from the total booking amount.

ASB Carriers-Initiated Cancellations

• Customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Alternative solutions or rescheduling options will be offered wherever possible

Refund Eligibility

• A booking is canceled per the cancellation timelines mentioned above.
• Services were not provided as agreed due to ASB Carriers' fault.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

Refund Exclusions

• Cancellations made after the pick-up time.
• Issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• Loss or damage of goods caused by improper packaging by the customer (refer to our liability policy).

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
• The refund will be credited using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
